Studio Lea is a full service interior design firm based in Denver, Colorado and Kihei, Maui. Our focus encompasses a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare, specializing in new construction, full scale renovations and kitchen/bath design. We believe every interior design project is a chance to craft a timeless space, elevate everyday experiences and leave a lasting impression.

Although each interior design project is customized to each clients’ needs, we follow a specific formula to ensure each project’s success. This formula is vital for the Studio Lea team to become your trusted partner throughout the length of your project — establishing trust with our clients and trades as we craft exceptional interiors.

DISCOVERY

We take the time to understand your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and project goals, translating them into a cohesive vision that will inform the project at every step in our process.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Phase two is a mix of gathering technical information and beginning to craft our visual concept. Whether through sketches, moodboards, or physical samples — this phase begins turning your vision into reality.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

During this phase you will see detailed construction plans and elevations of your space(s), and renderings (if needed). We will also select furniture, materials, lighting, fabric, finishes, and more.

PROCUREMENT

Once plans and selections are approved, we will move into ordering and receiving shipments for your project. This phase is predominantly behind the scenes, focusing on the coordination with our trades and vendors.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

At all stages of your interior design project, the Studio Lea team is in your corner. We will be meeting with you, trades, and vendors regularly to answer questions, provide solutions, and keep your project moving.

INSTALLATION

At this stage, every final detail comes to life. We oversee all deliveries and installations, followed by a comprehensive walkthrough to ensure every item is accounted for and each curated element is perfectly in place.

COMPLETION

In our final meeting, we ensure you have no questions and any outstanding admin tasks are completed. We also provide you with an off-boarding packet that includes product spec and vendor contact info.
