  • PRINCIPAL DESIGNER + FOUNDER

    Cory brings more than 25 years of design experience to the room. Backed by a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from the CIDA-accredited Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Decker also studied architecture in France, Germany, and Switzerland under the guidance of OWP/P and honed her design skills at Varenna/Poliform before launching her own firm.

  • DESIGNER

    Jolee grew up on the Western Slope and although she explored alternatives​ like Portland, San Francisco and southern California, she always found herself coming back to Colorado. With a previous​ eight year background in creative strategy, brand building, ​marketing, events and project management, Jolee is wired to ask questions, seek solutions, and build a timeless story. ​In 2020 she dove head first into building her portfolio, returning to school, and expanding her knowledge base with local firms before joining the Studio Lea team.

    Jolee has experience with both residential and commercial projects, bringing ample warmth and texture to every design — and she never gets tired of the details.

    In her free time you can catch Jolee on a hike with her husband and dog, Penny, tirelessly renovating her MCM home, or trying out a new recipe.​

    Ann brings a rich blend of experience and expertise to the team, proudly representing us from beautiful Maui, Hawaii. A Lincoln Park, Chicago native, Ann first met Cory Decker during their time in design school — a friendship and professional connection that has stood the test of time. With her keen eye for detail and a unique perspective, Ann plays a crucial role in every phase of your project. From proposals and project coordination to invoicing and beyond, she ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.
