PRINCIPAL DESIGNER + FOUNDER

Cory Lea brings over 25 years of robust design expertise to every project she undertakes. She holds a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from the CIDA-accredited Harrington College of Design in Chicago and has expanded her global perspective by studying architecture in France, Germany, and Switzerland under the guidance of OWP/P. Before returning to her roots in Colorado and founding her own firm, Cory refined her design craft at the renowned Italian millwork manufacturer Varenna/Poliform.

Outside the studio, Cory is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and biking. Her creativity is fueled by a deep passion for art, travel, music, and cuisine.

JOLEE MCBREEN

SENIOR DESIGNER

Jolee grew up on the Western Slope and, after time in Portland, San Francisco, and Southern California, she ultimately returned to Colorado. With a previous career in creative strategy, brand building, marketing, and project management, she’s driven to ask questions, seek solutions, and craft timeless stories. In 2020 she deepened her design education and worked with local firms, expanding her portfolio and refining her approach to both residential and commercial design.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jolee hiking with her husband and dog, Penny, renovating her MCM home, or experimenting with new recipes.

Ann brings a rich blend of experience and expertise to the team, proudly representing us from beautiful Maui, Hawaii. A Lincoln Park, Chicago native, Ann first met Cory Decker during their time in design school — a friendship and professional connection that has stood the test of time. With her keen eye for detail and a unique perspective, Ann plays a crucial role in every phase of your project. From proposals and project coordination to invoicing and beyond, she ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.
