Phase One | Discovery

We begin with an in-home consultation to understand your space, goals, and personal style.

This phase includes:

• One in-person consultation at your home

• Comprehensive design questionnaire

• Review of your functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and investment range

• Existing space assessment

• Curated visual mood board

• Design direction and project priorities to ensure alignment before sourcing begins

Phase Two | Space Planning & Furnishing Selection

Studio Lea develops a complete furnishing concept for your space.

Included:

• One furniture floor plan illustrating recommended furniture placement and approximate sizing

• One curated furniture and décor presentation that may include (but not limited to):

  • Sofas & lounge seating

  • Coffee & side tables

  • Rugs

  • Artwork

  • Lighting

  • Accent furniture

  • Decorative accessories (as appropriate)

  • Bedding and other soft goods

• One round of revisions based on your feedback

• Final furniture plan

• Final furniture specification package with direct shopping links for purchasing
